A little about the gite...

Located on a country lane and set in approximately 1.5 acres of land, the gite is located in the quiet village of Gours and sleeps up to 6 people.  The gite has a new and well equipped kitchen, newly furnished living and dining areas and 3 bedrooms consisting of 1 double room and 2 twin rooms.  There is also a spacious bathroom and a separate WC.  A TV, CD player, DVD/DIVX player, hairdryer, washing machine, iron and ironing board are provided.

Outside there is a new swimming pool which was completed earlier this year, a BBQ, lawn area and outdoor table, chairs & sun loungers. Some outdoor games are also provided for your leisure.  There is a ramp to the side of the gite allowing pram/buggy access.

The gite has electric radiators throughout and a log burner (logs supplied) in the living area making it suitable to use throughout the year.  There are also some games (including table tennis) provided or you can simply relax with a book, watch TV or a film or sit back enjoy a glass of wine or a meal with friends and family.

Children are welcome. A travel cot, highchair and basic pushchair can be provided at no extra charge.

Table tennis table (with bats and balls) in garage

Linen and towels provided.

Outside:
Large garden, table, chairs, sun loungers, BBQ and games.
New swimming pool, open May to October (although may be opened in April if weather is suitable and if required by guests).
Ramp to the side of the gite allowing pram/buggy access.
